The materials available on the HUB of Analytics Education are owned by either Charlie Bame-Aldred and his co-authors (HUB Authors) or authors submitting materials for publication within the HUB of Analytics Education (Other Authors). By submitting your email address and other information on this site, you agree to the following terms: HUB Authors and Other Authors hereby grant professors permission to distribute hard copies or electronic versions of the Data, Supporting Materials, Exercises and Cases, and, except where prohibited below, any other information located on the HUB of Analytics Education to students solely for educational use. Associated Data* downloaded from Netsuite.com is also included in the terms of use. For the avoidance of doubt, professors are not permitted to distribute Solution Files or Teaching Notes to anyone, including students. Except where expressly stated otherwise, you are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way any of the content of the materials available on the HUB of Analytics Education or use any part of it for any commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the HUB Authors or Other Authors.
These terms apply and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
*Associated Data is data uploaded to Netsuite.com from the HUB of Analytics Education and made available to faculty for use, similar to Data found on the HUB of Analytics Education website.
