Charlie Bame-Aldred
Co-Founder
Charlie is an Executive Professor in Accounting and Co-Founder of the HUB of Analytics Education at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Prior to joining the academic ranks, Charlie was a Senior Manager with KPMG and a Controller at First Union Capital Markets. In 2013, he began developing educational materials to infuse big data analytics into the business curriculum. These efforts led to the development of the HUB of Analytics Education at Northeastern University, a provider of Open Educational Resources for faculty.
Bill Goldman
Co-Founder
Bill is a Lecturer in Accounting and Co-Founder of the HUB of Analytics Education at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Prior to becoming an academic, Bill worked as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He audited a variety of public and non-public companies in the consumer industrial products and services space. He is active in a number of workshops, instructional information sessions, and grants to improve technology adaptation in accounting curriculum, including the development of Tableau exercises and cases into Introduction to Managerial Accounting courses.
Alisa Carr
Co-Founder & Director
Alisa is the Director and Co-Founder of the HUB of Analytics Education and an Assistant in the D’Amore-McKim School of Business Dean’s Office at Northeastern University. Alisa is responsible for the management of HUB operations, ensuring achievement of the overall objectives, goals, and mission of the Co-Founders. Alisa leverages her previous usage of retail data systems, such as MICROS-Retail XBR software, WHIRL Credit System, and CSmart, to assist in the development of educational resources on the HUB. She earned her Undergraduate from Southern New Hampshire University in Social Psychology. Previously, Alisa served in the United States Marine Corps as an electrical engineer at Camp Pendleton, California.
Anthony Grimaldi
Co-Founder & Chief Information Officer
Anthony is the Senior Systems Coordinator for the D’Amore-McKim School of Business and a Co-Founder of the HUB of Analytics Education. Anthony develops system solutions to support faculty utilization of business tools in the classroom. Anthony consults with other colleges and universities on methodologies to implement server based solutions for using Business Intelligence Tool licenses and methodologies to store data for easy student access. Anthony is a graduate of the College of Computer Science at Northeastern University.
